🔄 Eligible Returns

A return or exchange may be considered if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The product is significantly different from the description provided.

⏰ Return Request

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.

For faster assistance, please provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos/videos showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Used products where the issue is caused by the customer.
• Products without their original packaging where packaging is required for the return.
• Change-of-mind returns, unless specifically agreed by Saman4U.

💰 Refunds

If your return is approved, the available refund or replacement option will depend on the nature of the issue and the product.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements will be communicated by our support team.
